Ah B.o.B, you had so much potential. “Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky are shooting stars?” decorated the pages of many 15-year-old school girl’s Facebook profiles, and honestly, ‘Nothing On You’ is still an absolute fkn tune and I’m willing to throw fisty-cuffs with anyone who claims otherwise.
So, it’s somewhat disappointing to see the once palatable pop-rapper go off the deep end. Since last year, the rapper, who’s real name is Booby Ray Johnson has been in and out of the press, due to his belief that the Earth is flat and not round, despite literally hundreds of years of science and technology telling us otherwise.
The cities in the background are approx. 16miles apart… where is the curve ? please explain this pic.twitter.com/YCJVBdOWX7

Now, he’s back again, and this time it’s to ask for money. He’s only bloody gone and started a GoFundMe campaign to try and launch multiple satellites into space to prove that the Earth is flat.
Titled “Show BOB The Curve”, he wants people to, in his own words, “Help support B.o.B purchase and launch one, if not multiple, satellites into space. He’s donated 1k to the cause to get it going, and will be keeping you updated with step-by-step documentation of the process! Help B.o.B find the curve!”
Other news sites are reporting that he was originally looking for 200k, but he must have realised that 200k is absolute jack shit when it comes to space exploration because he has a new goal of 1 million smackaroos.
At the time of writing, he’s currently raised just over 2k, so I guess we’ll be waiting a while to find out the truth 🙁
