Hot Pie From ‘GoT’ Just Opened A Bakery That Sells Direwolf Bread

Remember that fella from Game of Thrones who used to hang around Arya Stark a lot and had a fondness for novelty breads and other such goodies? Well, old mate Hot Pie, aka English actor Ben Hawkey, has only gone and opened up his own bloody bakery!

And the best bit? It’s called ‘You Know Nothing, Jon Dough’.

The bakery is based in London and operates exclusively through food delivery service Deliveroo. One of the most popular menu items are the Direwolf loaves, which are made from whole wheat cornbread and orange zest and sound absolutely bloody delicious. Although, I find it hard to believe that the real Hot Pie had the liberty of sprinkling ‘zest’ in his loaves while trying to survive as a prisoner.

“Hot Pie’s Direwolf loaves are a favourite for Game of Thrones fans, and people are always asking me for the secret of my recipe,” said Ben Hawkey, and definitely NOT his publicist.

“I can’t share that, but Deliveroo customers will have the chance to try them themselves. You don’t even need to take a dangerous walk down the King’s Road to visit, it comes to you.”

A spokesperson from Deliveroo added: “It’s brilliant that we have been able to help Ben realise his dream of opening a real-world bakery, bringing a classic piece of on-screen cuisine to the real world.

While the baked goodies are currently only available in England, let’s hope Ben’s baking career takes off so we can get a taste of Westeros down under.
