So in case you’ve been living under a rock, this past weekend saw the return of Coachella, and boy was it crazy. Those of us watching at home were treated to some stellar musical performances, more surprise guests than a poorly organised house party and a healthy dose of cooked girls waving at the camera.
While the majority of punters were probably too munted to realise who was playing, one little kid caught the internet’s attention with his smoother than silk dance moves. Max Nilsson, tiny human and dancer extraordinaire, has got everyone talking after older brother Alexander posted a video of him going crazy to Migos’ ‘Bad and Boujee’ and then following up with a rendition of Future and Drake while riding atop his Dad’s shoulders.
It’s a familiar sight for most festival goers: someone going absolutely HAM on someone else’s shoulders while passionately screaming the lyrics. Except usually, the person dancing has their eyes rolling back and can’t hit a dab to save their life.
The little fella even managed to make a fan out of NFL superstar Odell Beckham Jr., who makes a small cameo with a look of pure admiration on his face. Max’s brother wasn’t the only person filming his brother’s shenanigans, plenty of people have started sharing their own recordings, allowing us to appreciate Max’s dance moves from multiple angles.
