There’s a note that one of our writers carries around everywhere in a compartment in his wallet. He takes the little piece of paper out to stare at it every now and then like a fucking weirdo. It says, “There are no readers without writers, but more importantly, there are no writers without readers.”
That weirdo is me, and I’ve had the privilege of telling stories at YFH for a year now. And it’s been an incredible one for the site. We think our best content in the past 12 months was the most truthful, hilarious, heartbreaking and mind-bending shit we’ve ever published, and we hope you liked reading the articles as much as we liked writing them. So in case you missed some of this year’s history, here’s a recap of our proudest moments and our most read, liked, shared and discussed articles of 2013. We can’t thank you enough for being there along the way.
