Given Lil Wayne is banned from consuming alcohol until 2013, maybe we shouldn’t be so shocked that his new tour will have a strictly no-alcohol policy backstage for all stops. Since that drug filled tour bus incident back in 2008, Weezy has spent his time reportedly dry, with the new limitations on tours set to remove all temptation. In a statement by the touring company they noted that ‘professionalism’ and ‘safety’ were at the forefront of their concerns when implementing the rule. Fair enough ya’ll. Hope the crowd can still drink though, right?
